Not able to pre-purchase the game

Hi, I've had a problem with the site itself and trying to pre-purchase Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition, I didn't know where else to put this so I'm posting it here.
Whenever I go to click on "Pre-purchase" It says the page is blocked on my ISP. It seems my ISP MediaCom has blacklisted the page making me unable to access it, not sure why it's blocking it as it doesn't tell me the reasoning behind it. Is it possible to be a problem from the other end? Cause I sure would like to be able to pre-purchase the game, been a long time Baldur's Gate fan.
