Spacing of Journal Headers Inconsistant

Pic below really says it all. In one entry there is a space after the subtitle. In another there isn't. This quite possibly isn't the only example of this. I would think the formatting of all entries should match.

    There's a space after the Important Events headings and none after the regular headings. This was done to emphasize the Important Events entries. I would have preferred to do this for all of them, but many of the normal quest headings are just duplicates of the title, and applying the same emphasis would be a distraction.
