Transfer of PC save game files to Mac version?

Great news that the Mac version will be released in a few days! Will it be possible to transfer save games files from the PC version to the Mac version? If so, how can one do it?

    Well, seeing as the game is not out yet I cannot be sure, but it will probably be as simple as copying them from one directory to another. It works on iPad, so I assume it will work on Mac too.

    Yes, save games are transportable between all versions just by copying files.
