mage baeloth with no magic

Hi!

Just bought the new mac-version and i 'm very happy to play this favourite game of my student time. :)
I met baeloth, recently, and in the german version i have no dialogue-options at all as you can see in the first pic (already reported this in the german forum).
When I switch to english language i can speak with him and recruit him (great!), but! he cannot cast any spells! and when i switch to his scroll book, i cannot choose any spells as you can see in the second pic.
Has anyone the same problems?

    That's because Baeloth is a sorceror, not a mage.

    ups, sorry i missed that :(, never played a scorceror before and was confused by the problem with the dialogue. thx for helping me!!
