[Bug] Monk extra attacks

Observed behaviour: if a Monk is carrying a melee weapon in a weapon slot (but not wielding it), and has another weapon slot empty and selected so as to make unarmed attacks, then his unarmed attack doesn't seem to be getting the intended extra-1/2-APR-per-three-levels. The unwielded melee weapon must be removed from the weapon slot (thus leaving two weapon slots empty) for the extra APR to show up.

Expected behaviour: having a melee weapon in an inactive slot should make no difference to unarmed attacks.

Comment: a Monk might as well have only 2 weapon slots (instead of 3), if it's not intended that he can carry an inactive melee weapon in the spare slot whilst making unarmed attacks!

Edit: on further investigation, I think maybe this is just a delay of a couple of seconds in the APR bonus becoming active after switching weapon slots. In which case, never mind, no big deal.
