Custom Sorcerer Spell Lists

I was wondering if it is possible to allow the spell menu that appears during Character Creation to be modded.
At the moment it is hardcoded so only specific spells appear and sometimes not all of the 24 slots are used.

For example it could be tied to a .2da file that determines what spells go in the 24 slots for each spell level. Pretty much making it work in the same fashion as how the HLA menu is tied to the LUBA0, LUCL0, etc... 2da files.

The ideal thing would be to have each kit linked to an individual 2da file but having it linked to a singular or class specific 2da file would be fine too. Since sorcerers can now be kitted, expanding the spell menu would give them alot more depth for modders to explore.

If this is really out of the question, then there is the more drastic method of replacing each original .spl file with a new one and then making replacement copies of the .cre files that use newly assigned .spl files to avoid any conflicts. But that isn't the most elegant solution.
