  I really like some of those pics on the Drakonis site but I can't seem to get them to work for BG. Only the medium sized pic worked. Any Advice?

  Name the pics (for example) MinscL.bmp, MinscM.bmp, MinscS.bmp and put them in the normal portraits folder. That replaces them.

  Keep in mind the following NPCs have prefixes different from their names:
  
  Branwen - BRANWE
  Dynaheir - DYNAHEI
  Montaron - MONTAR
  Shar-teel - SHARTEL
