Is there any confirmed link between Dorn Il-Khan (new NPC) and Gromnir Il-Khan (Saradush, ToB)?

Or is Il-Khan just a title given to certain individuals in Orcishh society?

    No confirmation, just a lot of speculation. Like the title-in-orc-society theory.

    I don't know if it came up in the other thread, but Phillip Daigle tweeted this a few months back, which suggests they are distantly related.

    He cannot be a new bhaalspawn, so probably distant relative like @Wisp said.
