Gamaz last talk (his final battle) doesn't trigger

I leave the caves and enter the top of the mountain and the short movie triggers where my party approaches Gamaz. Then...nothing. They all just stand there. I've tried talking to him, attacking him etc. Nothing seem to trigger the talk. This is my second playthrough and in my first I had no problems with Rasaad's quest. Perhaps this bug is caused by one of the new updates? Happy for any help/suggestions.

    No matter, reloaded a save when I just had entered the area and played it through again and now it works. No idea why :)
