Ray Harryhausen has passed away last Tuesday

At the age of 92. Without him, we would never have had this wonderful skeleton battle in Jason and the Argonauts, which informs the skeleton battles outside Thalantyr's tower at High Hedge. And that lovely rattling noise they make.

    @LadyRhian. Thanksfor posting this. "Jason and the Argonauts" was always one of my favorite fantasy movies, and this scene was the one that always stood out in memory. RIP Ray.

    I flag like not because he passed away but because mythic battle scene was so impressive.

    I think that watching Harryhausen films when I was a kid primed me for a lifetime of playing and loving D&D. The one that sticks out to me is the cyclops from "Sinbad". That thing terrified me!
