Importing from BG:EE questions

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
Will you be able to reassign proficiencies in BG2EE, or will your protagonist use the same ones? Same question, but about spells (for a Mage or Sorcerer).

Will NPCs be affected in BG2EE in any way by your actions in BGEE?

BTW, I know it's not out yet, but I was wondering if anybody has heard anything yet. TIA

    Haha, thanks. Question 1 wasn't a yes or no answer, and I asked three questions. Four questions if you count "has anybody heard anything yet?"

    I haven't heard anything but I'm assuming that you will be able to reassign spells and weapon proficiencies like you did when importing to BG2 vanilla. My thinking is that rangers have to choose a new racial enemy when going to BG2 and if you can reassign that then why wouldn't you be able to reassign everything else. Obviously that isn't a for sure answer but until more info is released about BG2EE we are just going to have to wait. If worst comes to worst you can always EEKeeper your character file from BG1EE and then import that into BG2EE.
