Notation on Character creation: Intellegence

A notation on the ability screen of intellegence to denote that an intellegence of less than 9 results in the inability to read, and as such prevent a character from reading protection scrolls everyone else can read, most players know it by now but those new to the game might wonder why every npc in the game can read a prot. from undead scroll but their fighter can't

Assuming that said players new to the game are able to read. If they, themselves, have an intelligence of less than 9, written information might be incomprehensible for them. Perhaps a graphical explanation should be included, so that even half-orcs can benefit from it.

    Added note.

INTELLIGENCE: Intelligence measures a character's memory, reasoning, and learning ability. It is the prime requisite of the Mage.

Note: A character with an Intelligence score of 8 or less is illiterate and cannot use scrolls or most wands regardless of <PRO_HISHER> class.

It would be fun if once you've rolled the PC if his INT is less than 9, the screen blurs so you can't read the writing. You can just see the pictures.
