[BUG] Shoal not surrendering

Expected behavior: Shoal the Nereid (Shipwreck's Coast area) should break off combat and initiate dialogue when badly injured.

Current behavior: Shoal fights to the death.

    I made a few changes. These prevent you from killing Shoal until she resurrects your dead party member.

    Unzip them to an Override folder.

    This is a better approach which allows you to kill her before she kills a party member
