Icewind Dale 2, everyone's moving fast and time globe is too

So I started playing IWD2 again and m party members are moving extremely fast and the time globe is spinning fast too. What is the cause of this and how can I slow it down?

    Yes graphic card or game graphic setting problems. You might have to dumb down your graphic settings for this old game. I had similar problems with games like Kotor and even Fallout 3 because my graphics card was so more advanced than the technology of those games.

    Should be able to limit the frames in the config file/utility...it's infinity engine just like BG...just a slightly more advanced version.

    Warranted, I haven't touched IWD2 in....like 3 months after it came out...lost my disc some where.
