in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
Do I fight them or do I give them something specific all I get is the poem.

    If you mean Love, Pride and that bunch, they each want a specific item found on that same level, or derived from items found on that level.

    Both. First fetch some items, then fight them. Make sure to be level 6+ or the fight will be very short.

    I was tempted to warn him of the battle to come, but I think every first-timer deserves the 'fun' of getting ambushed by a bunch of spiritual dwarfers he/she thought were already appeased. That sure was one of the 'oh crap' moments of my first playthrough.

    I wouldn't worry about that at this point the cat apparently is out of the bag.
