Taking over the Cloakwood mines

So I have an idea to give some more love for evil characters:
- Give an option to takeover the Cloakwood Mines instead of flooding.
The mines would become something like fortress in BG2, but for ALL evil characters, who decide to be epic as*holes ;)
It would give you massive incomes, but also massive reputation drops every time you decide to get your gold from there.

    Oh right? Whos guarding the mine? Whos stopping the slaves from leaving straight away? Whos selling the iron? Are the iron throne going to be alright with that then? They're not going to try and take it back then?

    Its an interesting idea. At least in that it would give evil characters another option. The current evil option (flood mines without rescuing miners) seems like it could conflict with some lawful evil characters.
