Grael in Durlag's Tower kills himself on toxic ooze

Grael in Durlag's Tower spawned for me on the toxic ooze, killing himself before I was able to reach him. I don't believe this is intended.

Either move his spawn further up or make him resistant to the ooze to correct this problem.
