Can I install on desktop and laptop?

I'm not sure if this the right place to ask this question. If not, perhaps one of the mods can move it. I have BG: EE installed on my desktop. Can I also install it on my laptop without a separate purchase? If so, how do I do that? Do I just log into my account on my laptop and download the game?

    Also, if you don't want to download the whole 1.8 GB again, you can copy the data from one to the other (by way of thumb drive probably) and then just install the launcher, and log in with your account, and it will activate it.
