Does Grandmastery apply to offhand weapons?

Silly question perhaps, but how does (improved/unnerfed) Grandmastery work with two weapons? If you have grandmastery in two weapons and have one of each type in both hands, do you get extra attacks?

@lamaros - as far as I know - All the additional APR (attack-per-round) only counts for the weapon in main hand. off-hand only does 1 attack per-round. Also, if you get a speed weapon (+1 attack) in BG2, that additional attack is done by the main hand.

As @Southpaw says, you'll only get 1 attack with the offhand regardless of level of proficieny. The THAC0, damage and speed bonuses from Grandmastery will apply to the offhand though.

Yeah...you get the hit/swing speed/damage bonus, but lose any apr bonus it has.
