    Elves may be evil in any edition of D&D, NPC or not.

    This thread confuses me... Character portraits? Are there new ones? Or is this referring to one of the new npc's?

    Well, it doesn't matter what alignment elves have to be since Neera is a half-elf (Xan was Neutral anyway).

    Well, I suppose an example of an evil elf NPC would be Jon Irenicus or Bodhi from BG2.
