Never received confirmation e-mail

Never received confirmation e-mail at my [@op.pl] e-mail, I had to use my second e-mail: [@gmail.com] to register properly.
And I am absolutely sure that it wasn't in spam folder, checked and resend dozen of times, even once turned off spam filter.
PS. I don't know about issue much, so here are some more info:

Would it be possible to give some worning during registration proces that some domains are unaccessible? And possibly provide some e-mail to address such issues without having to re-register?
