Bug : Rugged leather & Magma Bulwark can be used with enchanted rings/cloaks/amulets

Current Behaviour :
The two new armors can be used in conjonction with +1 & +2 rings/amulets/cloaks

Expected behaviour :
The enchantment level of these armors (+2) should prevent the use of +1 & +2 jewelry
