Top of the City trap!

in General Discussion (Spoiler Warning!)
Following the latest patch, if you go to the very top of the Iron Throne -- the level at which you get a view of the city (and at which the opening scene to the game takes place) -- you will find yourself trapped! There is no accessible stairway down. Or at least none that I could find (I checked on two different saved games -- I always save my parties here, before going to confront Sarevok in the Undercity).

    @Dee: I've tried to upload the saved game (files "BALDUR.gam" and "BALDUR.SAV") but could not.

    I'm using a Mac, so I'm not sure if that's the cause.

    Well I certainly am having a problem with the lack of a door.

    Perhaps it's because I've uploaded a saved game? The rest of screen (the areas away from the tower top) are blackish (not completely black -- I can see bits of the city).

    It's not a big deal, as that area contains nothing essential.

    To upload a save on the forums, you need to zip up the files first.

    Jump. Sarevok probably has a nice pile of siblings to cushion your fall.
