throwing knives, proficiency?

I've been trying to look up what proficiency is required for throwing knives but I can't seem to find a definitive answer. Anyone have this info? I'm using DLTCEP to alter a proficiency effect for an NPC. Of the available options, daggers would seem appropriate, but I want to be 100% sure.

    Daggers proficiency, just they are called Throwing Daggers in this game :P It took me some time to realize this.
