Just as a note, Sarevok is also worth 15k. If I desperately needed an XP boost I usually farmed ankhegs since I didn't have to worry about wyvern poison.

And you can rest in the Ankheg nest for unlimited ankhegs! I once went from level 4 or so to level 10 that way. Oh my misspent youth. These days I don't bother farming ankhegs. I have been educated by Gerde about their role in the great cycle of life. So, to contribute to the aerification of soil, I feed the ankhegs scraps. of Khalid.
go to the Durlags tower and sleep and kill and sleep and kill Doppalgangers I think they give around 4,000 charisma - oh forgot to metion you have to get throught the first level where you have the dwrf guys wanting objects- then the second level is doppalgaers- the one with the 5 dwarves just has ghasts so lame xp...
I wish basilisks would re-spawn. They aren't worth more XP than Greater Wyverns, but I find it more satisfying to kill them. Sirines are nice too, because they drop shiny pearls and you can collect Arrows of Biting if you get them into melee right away. (NOT THAT I NEED IT. I am Eldoth Kron, Bhaalspawn, and I compulsively create Poisoned Arrows.)

Gerde--the self proclaimed ankheg warden--uses a spear, which is a poor weapon selection against that kind of armoring. She is more concerned about the insect population then the farmers partially digested son. And if you kill the 2 (and only the 2) bugs in the upper right corner of the map, she considers the quest completed and pays you, only proving that she doesn't even know how to count. And oh by the way, she runs and hides instead of helping out.
I tried shandalar I can't seem to kill him before he ports away i played single player once got really high and started killing EVERYTHING my group party size went from 6 to 2 and I couldnt finish the game lol so now I only have been playing multiplayer solo now with 6 created characters I make a save point for example "expland" right infront of the stairs to the demon knight load the game go in and kill him save the game again "lvling up" then load "expland" delete all the characters and re load my characters from " lvling up" it's really helping me understand the difference in the classes.
I looked online about shandalar kills going to try again that would work perfect for me I totally forgot about him I thought he was like Gorion from the start litterly impossible to kill lol. Thanks for all the input!
The creature with the highest amount of XP on kill in the whole series is Bodhi with a whopping 91,000 XP awarded on her physical death (not by staking her). It aggravates me to no end whenever one of the rogues or paladins I hired gets the last hit on Bodhi and kills her.

Have a couple of characters using Wands of Paralyzation on him (when he is hostile) next time

Wow, 4,000 charisma is pretty epic, espcially since 25 is the usual cap!

I do not know how those rouges/paladins got to her since casting 6 Magic Missiles, followed by Mazzy's whirldwind attack and Keldorn with firetooth, but Anomen dealt 46 with a Critical Hit, she only lasted two rounds.
I understand that you a few obese nerds with large wives who have never held a weapon in combat let alone been Vikings in the USMC want some charisma points not experience since I already have the supa hawt 3D wife- keep ur cheating 1st wrld cracklady. no idea why I bother with this forum of lame kids I would give a adjustment and alignment to Quaterdeck style in the Taco Bell for flatulence to close to me with their goth emo boifreinds who also have cool cloaked figure avatars whoa!!! but I guess I am looking forward to the release... please come visit me overseas and talk smack to me at the Burger King. I will get you a whopper. Get a C.A.R. and then come talk to me...
How much XP does the "helm of opposite alignment- demon" give? Remember it being a lot, sadly can't seem to kill him anymore...
He was actually worth 0 XP. They have made him invincible now, however, and moved his drops to the fight at the bottom of the tower.
Did he only give 0xp!? My memory must be real bad... Great that they moved his loot though
Yeah, he gives 15k at the end of the tower, but the one at the start gave none at all! I was so saddened the first time I killed him, expecting a big haul!
I should also note that Aec'Letec himself actually also gives 0. You get 16k for finishing the quest, but Aec'Letec himself gives none, so he will never show up in your 'Most Powerful Foe Defeated' record
Fission Slimes as mentioned before from @jhneoh really give a ton of xp, but they are really hard. If your party isn't good enough - already has enough experience - its too difficult to handle them.
I always wondered if there was some kind of competition of how many fission slimes your party can handle. I now managed 14 with my almost complete melee party, but it was hard, because at some point everyone has to retreat so you can finish all the remaining slimes with fire.

If you just want a leveled character there's always the console. No point in playing through if you're not going to enjoy it.
Go make me a sammich Gerde

"Its OVER 4000!!!!"
But seriously, I think we can all tell that he meant experience points.
