BG2EE game slowdowns, FPS problems

Just bought the game, but I really can't play, because the FPS runs down in some big areas (Irenicus dungeon lvl 2, Waukeen promenade etc.) and the game slows down very heavily. Really unplayable.
Tried some stuff on my PC and configs - nothing.

Never had such a problem playing BG1EE. BG1EE was running very well.
Please help!

    What should I write him? My PC config or something else?

    PC Config and a detailed explanation of your issues -- be as specific as possible as to when FPS slows down and where. :)
