Duplicated merchant in Promenade (Maheer)

The merchant Maheer is both outside and inside his shop in the Promenade. These should be two different merchants.

    Ignore this. Apparently, Athkatlan changed from day to night as I walked into the shop (and I didn't get the sunset movie).
