Neera's Wild Surges affect other party members (fixed)

When I recruited neera into my party, she got wild surges on literally every spellcast. Also, an even worse bug, aerie started getting wild surges on all her spell casts too. Did this happen to anyone else? I didn't do anything but recruit her, save and try casting spells without even moving from the recruitment spot. Aerie is shadowkeepered into a sorcerer but that's never been a problem
