Add back in "Rare Selected" character voiceover lines

Just like BG2, BG:EE is currently missing the "Rare Selected" voiceover lines. Original BG1 NPCs had dialog lines that played when you kept clicking that NPC over and over again several times. These were usually humorous remarks to listen to.

In BG:EE, rare selected lines are missing. Please add these back in.

    Just looked at the voice sets for player characters. None of them have n-w, which includes "rare selection 1-4".

    Strange, I just heard Xzar say that a couple of hours ago.

    New NPC's are also missing these sounds as of patch 1.2
