viconia is wild surging 100% on casting(fixed)

I dont know if its related to having neera in my party or not, since i didnt have viconia cast anything until after i had picked neera up. but everytime viconia casts a divine spell she wild surges as a wild mage. besides being pretty amusing, its a game breaking bug since shes terribly dangerous to have cast in battle. the wild surge feedback is properly displaying viconia, and is affecting her, not neera. ive seen her weakend,spawn gems, weak legs(slow walk), silence, and a few others. ill restart and pick her up, try casting, then go get neera and try it. ill update after testing.
Update: i decided to kill and rez her and that has fixed the issue. still unsure of the cause, but if you encounter it, try to kill the party member and raise them. seems to have worked for now

Both areas are wild magic zones. Neera warns you about this.
