Critical Bug - Lothander STILL missing (on 1.2)

Yes this is on 1.2.

Here is a save that shows the problem:

Notes:
- The quest was initiated pre-patch 1.2.
- I've talked to the seer-guy on several occasions while the quest was in progress.
- I stole the book from the lady luck priest.
- I gave the book to the bitch priestess in exchange for the geas removal.
- Killed the entire temple. Took the book back, and the corpse of the young boy (for another quest).
- Went to the Blade and Stars inn.

Lothander is nowhere to be found. Not on any floor.
Anyway, check the save if you please.

    Had no problems with this quest in a post-v1.2 game. Possibly the problem is you already visited the inn before 1.2 and the game "thinks" the script responsible for spawning Lothander has already been executed (although it failed back then).

    Type this in console, it should spawn him for you:
    C:CreateCreature("LOTHAN")

    Hadn't been to the inn before.
    The door was closed and there was fog of war when I entered.

    Anyway, I'll use your workaround. Might as well...

    Did you talk to the seer-guy pre 1.2? In any case, I think this requires a new game to work correctly as some changes have been made.
