Mods affected by patch?

I saw that a patch for BG2EE is about to be released. Since the patch will affect files in the game folder, will mods like the BG2 Tweak Pack need to be reinstalled? Thanks!

    Any time a patch is released, it will clean out your override folder and clean up your installation. So if you have mods installed, they'll be wiped out by the update and will need to be reinstalled.
