I lose spells slots per day when I level up!?!?!

in BG:EE Bugs (v1.2)
Every time Viconia or any other spellcaster in my party gains a level, they permanently lose spell slots per day of all other levels! Has anyone else found this? I think this makes my game pretty much unplayable...

    As far as I remember, when you start the game you have too many spell slots because of a bug (wisdom gets counted twice) and when you level up it gets fixed.
