Video flickering

Since installing the newest driver from Nvidia, both BG:EE and EE2 flicker uncontrollably in full screen. No amount of changes to the Nvidia control panel has fixed it. any suggestions?

my "rig":

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Nvidia Geforce 650 GTX
8.00 GB ram

    I've got 2xNV460 GTX's installed in SLI in my system and not seeing this at all.

    That said the most recent drivers do cause my second monitor to de-sync every time screen resolution changes or windows decides to do something like "Grey out" my screen to pop up an important box.

    If you hit the nVidia forums you'll find that about the last 3 driver versions have ALOT of problems (pretty much everything past 320.something).

    I'd actually recommend downgrading the driver version and seeing if it's still happening.
