[Steam] Where do these mod files get installed?

Greetings, all!

I want to install Ascension and Sword Coast Stratagems (some parts), and am curious where all the files go. I'm playing multiplayer, and I want to ensure my party has all the right files where they should be. I'd prefer to just send out .ZIPs or so with the right files for easy installation.
