TOB Hexxat quest stuck?(Spoilers)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
So maybe I'm just stupid but after fighting Phreya I can't seem to advance in the Tomb, where L sends me in ToB. Is there some sort of trick I'm not getting? I scanned every wall for hidden doors and shuffled the skulls around the graves a bit, in hope for a new door but nothing happens.
