[Bug] Cook Has Nothing to Say to You - Then Says Something

This is a simple thing, but just odd and probably a quick fix.

The pic really says it all. The game engine indicates that the cook has nothing to say, but then he says something? I dunno, maybe its not a bug at all. Seems silly though. Most people I've seen with that tag, don't say anything.

    Its probably the same for the cook in both the FAI and Feldposts... not sure if there's any more.

    This happens with companions, too. Anyway, it's in the tracker.

    This happened to me with Invisibility and then talking to Gorion.
