Viconia Repeating Dialogue (ToB)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hey

Having a slight problem in which the romance dialogue with viconia is repeating, its the one that starts with you asking her why shes glaring at you, in short iv completed it different ways but sometime later she starts up again with the exact same conversation.

Any way to solve this? Thanks

    Clearly the effects of senility. Vico is a lot older than she looks.

    I have no idea how to fix this, though.
