Rasaad romance ToB question

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
In my Shadows of Amn game, Rasaad didn't start any of his lovetalks until I forced them with resetting the global timer. I am now in ToB, and he is still silent. Call me paranoid, but I have rested and been wandering around Saradush without a word from him. Does anyone know when his first lovetalk fires (not to mention when his quest fires), and how many lovetalks there are supposed to be in ToB? Many thanks in advance for your help.

    I think you have to leave Saradush first. Then his quest/lovetalks should begin.

    I think there are... 4 lovetalks in ToB? I'm not entirely positive cause the last one bugged out on me so I didn't even see it until I forced it with the console :( I did get the first ToB talk fairly early into the game though.

    His personal quest triggers in one of those between zones encounters once you've left the city
