Having trouble with Greater wolfwere in Isle of Balduran

I'm having trouble with the greater wolf were. I am in the ship at the moment, and I kill everything, nearly one shotting them, except for the greater one. I can't even get it down to injured. Party is buffed up as best I can, strength haste, armour, etc. Is the regeneration of the Greater wolfwere bugged? BEcause, even after blasting it with magic missle none stop, it's just barely injured. I have two character with +3 weapons, I even used seeking sword, and can't do crap. Also, I'm already level 8. Any suggestions?
