characters still keep drow appearance

Jaheira and Aerie are still in their drow form after leaving the underdark.

edit: actually, after closer inspection, it seems that their avatars are white and grey, like they have no color.

    If you rest does the odd coloration persist?

    yes, the discoloration is still present even after resting.

    okay i figured out what the problem was. It was just the spell Stoneskin and Iron Skins. I had no idea it changed visual appearance.
