Viconia ToB Romance

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Is the ToB romance broken when you dump viconia for a short time? I did Rasaads quest without her and since
then got no more love dialogues..

    I got no more dialogues after i was fatigue force rested (at least i presume that happened, i would just rest without pressing anything), each time this occurs Viconia would just force her "What is love" dialogue which already happened, and no more romance talk after this.

    i know in BG and SoA you cant dump your love or this breaks the romance. Not sure if its the same in ToB though.
