[reboot fixed] Will not Start

Hello I recently bought this in steam Winter sale. The game will not start at all. I have ran it in all compat modes and validated the files and it still wont start. It does not give a reason why either. It appears then disappers on the task manager.

Note I have the original disk version and that runs on my Win7 64bit perfectly fine.

    I did a DEP Fix with a reboot and that worked. Even tho I am not a DEP modifier fan. Althought it could have been the Reboot that fixed it.
