[Not an Issue] Pearly White Ioun Stone (Regeneration)

Pearly White Ioun Stone allows the wearer to regenerate 2 HP per turn.

When I unequipped it from my main char Monk, the Regeneration icon remained on his avatar.

    It might have just been the save I had....oddly, upon reloading a quick-save, the regeneration icon removes itself properly....I'm unsure if the issue has been solved or if this particular save just worked. At the time the error occurred, there was no other regenerative effect source for the monk, and I did experiment with removing all his items, resting, etc.
