Custom Portraits or Voice Overs

Does anyone within the community have any custom portraits or voice overs? (Within reason to be considered valid roleplay) I don't mean something like, taking portraits of CHARNAME from other games and fixing them into a proper portrait format/size, (Like my avatar for example) same goes for voice overs. I did seen a thread, (now I can't locate it) somewhere here that had a member of the community introducing custom portraits. I believe he even painted them himself, or designed at the very least. How the product reached finished status I am unsure.
