BG2+TOB Playthrough - MAX 4 Party (No RP)

I would like 1-2 people to play thru BG2/TOB with from the beginning. Rules are:
-No EEkeep'd Stats/Abilities
-No Cheating

Things i don't mind:
Respec'ing for misguided proficiency allocations meaning: I am okay with you EEkeepin'g and changing your proficiencies as long as you use the same number of proficiency points IE: Take 2 away from Flail's and put 2 into Maces instead, etc.

Thats about it :D

I would prefer talk over teamspeak or skype, etc

I will control 2 NPC's in game...
1: Stalker (not imported)
2: Cleric of Lathander lvl7 (Imported from Completed BG1) certain 19 stats from Tomes
