in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
i havent played in a long time and alas can not remember what to do. should i bypass the shadow dragon and then come back after i kill the shade lord or will the dragon disappear if i kill the lord first? i dont want to miss out on the scales and stuff

    it doesn't disappear if you kill the shade lord but will attack anyway if you don't have a certain item in your inventory.

    yeah i have the stone. but it doesnt matter i got to him and killed him in a matter of a minute or so. i guess ill head to windspear now
