Dorn and Hexxat's quests in ToB (SPOILERS)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I just want to make sure I won't miss anything, so I'll ask: how do I trigger these two? Will they show up automatically in time or do I have to do something?

    I need help with this as well. Just arrived in Amkethran without Dorn's quest triggering. Tried travelling all around the world map.

    Hexxat's triggers in the Amkethran Inn.

    Dorn's is time-related, try resting a bunch and then travelling.

    I guess the trigger is broken some way or another, because resting for 100 days didn't make a difference. Does anyone know which variable to modify? Already played through both Neera's and Rasaad's questline.

    This console command solved the problem for me:
    C:MoveToArea("OH5400")
