Matching other sales with BGII: EE?

I know that the Beamdog version of the Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition is separate from the one that Atari is selling for Steam.

Currently there is a really good sale for the Steam version on GamersGate for $6 (http://www.gamersgate.com/DD-BG2EE/baldurs-gate-ii-enhanced-edition). Is there any chance a similar 75% discount would soon come to Beamdog as well?

In the past, the developers have tried to match steam deals with their own sales, but I don't think this is likely to happen all the time, since steam discounts so often that it can be difficult to keep track and/or compete

That said, you can definitely look out for offers on beam do too, and they usually get publicised on these forums as well

Thanks for the info! Its crappy that the Steam version isn't Beamdog's own, because I'd bought it by now.
