Just how do you select spells to cast as a Sorcerer?

I've looked all over, and I can't find out where the heck in the BG2 interface do you choose spells to cast. Sorcerers don't memorise spells, but no spells appear in the cast spell button or in the quick spells button. Just how do you choose a spell so you can cast it as a Sorcerer?

    At character creation you already have to choose spells to add to your spellbook. You should then be able to cast them normally. You may need to rest though, so try this.

    Yeah, I noticed it said that he could cast 0/3 spells. =) So like a regular mage, he needs a rest before he can cast any spells.
